Guru Vrindhavan which is located right opposite to Main Temple is an Ideal place for meditation and prayer. " GURU " the word defines இருளை போக்கி ஒளியை அருளுபவர் , is know to be the connecting point between humans and supreme energy.
I. LOCATION:
The proposed old age home christened as RIJHA GOLDEN AGE SARANALAYAM is to be located in a serene atmosphere, surrounded by greenery at CHITTEDU VILLAGE, KOTA MANDAL, GUDUR TALUK, NELLORE DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH on an extent of about 6 acres of freehold land. The location is on the Chennai-Calcutta National Highway, about 130 km from Chennai, and enjoys all infrastructural facilities.
The proposed old age home will be just 5 km away from another developed village known as VIDHYANAGAR, where there are hospitals, schools and colleges. Vidyanagar also is in the jurisdiction of KOTA Mandal.
II. CAPABILITIES:
a. OLD AGE HOME:
Scientifically designed and elegant, the building will be surrounded by courtyards to have good ventilation and lighting. Ground + Three floors has be constructed with an overall height of about 40 ft on an area of 2400SF (Ground Level) to accommodate 32 inmates initially. The building will have ramp facility and also a lift with electronically operating doors, rooms provided with ventilation and lighting, and a small medical facility is in anvil. Cots and Air conditioning will be provided in each room. Bath rooms and toilets will have modern fittings.
b. MEDITATION HALL:
This state of the art hall with ground coverage of about 2620.295 sq m will have six layers of pyramid roofs. It will be 33.30 ft high from the ground and 29.50 ft high from inside. There will be a copper sheet covering on top.
The aesthetically designed hall will accommodate 1000 people at a time for meditation. The pyramid design apart from its mystic value has esoteric properties associated with it. This will facilitate deep meditation. Meditation done under such roof will help prolong life.
The hall will be without pillars and mezzanine area. The hall will be fully air-conditioned and have marble floor. There will be no carpets or curtains, with natural light coming in through the windows, apart from indirect indoor lighting.
