Nagamma Temple - Chittedu
The Nagamma Temple is dedicated to Goddess Jaganmatha, is located in Chittedu Village, Kota Mondal,Gudur Taluk, Nellore District in the State of Andhra Pradesh. It is situated at a distance of 140 kms fromChennai on the East Coast Road to Vijayawada.

Nagamma Temple Mullavar
The main sanctum is facing west and can be entered by climbing 21 step staircase measuring 18 feet.The presiding deity, Jaganmatha, is uniquely sculpted with twin frontal display facing east and west. Apart from the main idol, the sanctum sanctorum has Iswara, Adi Sankarar, Ramanujar idols surrounded by stone sculpted sarpams.
21 Steps
TO the main Temple devotes needs to climb the 21 Steps before the darshan of the mother Goddess is done. A distinctive feature of the Navagrahas in this temple is that the Navagraha deities are seated in a single line facing east and not as usually seen in other temples and are also located under the main 21 step . Vinayagar, Anjaneyar, Kalabairavar also adornthe precincts of the temple.

Madapalli
Beneath the sanctum sanctoram is the madapalli and behind the madapalli is the Goshala to house thecows. The temple was consecrated in June 2015.


Thirukulam
The theerthakulam pushkarani is situated in the front yard where gajendra and Yali vigrahams welcome the devotees. Nagamma and Mahalaskhmi are seated in the theerthakulam where devotees can
perform abhisekham to Nagamma.
