Temple Cottage
It was decided to embark upon building cottages, viz., Golden Age Saranalayam, at Chittedu Village, Kota Mondal, GudurTaluk, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh. This site is 10 kms inside the National Highway connecting Chennai and Vijayawada near Gudur. It is well connected by road and rail with availability and enough frequency of operation of buses and trains.

Accordingly, Nagamatha Dhyana Mandap was constructed initially. Nagamatha, Vinayagar, Anjaneyar, Nava Grahas, Kalabairavar, Ramanujar,Desikar, Rishabha and Adi Sanakarar are adorning the premises at present. Adjacent to this, cottage has been constructed consisting of 16 dwelling units, each measuring carpet area of 530 sqft approximately. Each dwelling unit has a big hall, a kitchen, bath attached bedroom with balcony.
The dwelling units are constructed with an objective of spiritual development and wellbeing and of service to the Nagamatha Dhyana Mandap. These dwelling units are spread over four floors, ground, first, second and third floor, each having four identical dwelling units. For ease of travel to the upper floors, elevator has been provided complimenting the stair case. Each dwelling unit is equipped with basic utilities such as fans and lights and a cot is being provided in the bed room. The floors are cemented with red oxide.
The windows are protected with grills and sliding doors. The main door frames are made of padauk wood and provided with laminated doors.
